Vendor Guidelines
All vendors must submit the online registration form and pay a season fee of $100 before the beginning of the season (May 7th, 2021) as a donation to the T.I.M.E. non-profit organization.
First Fridays will strive to have a balance of products by different vendors, and it is possible that not all submitted registration applications will be approved.
Vendors will strive to sell only products of the best quality and freshness that uphold the high standard set by the First Fridays Committee and TIME organization.
Vendors are personally responsible to be in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations that apply to their business.
To ensure event success, vendors are expected to attend all market days during the outlined market season. All vendors are expected to notify TIME in a timely manner if they are unable to attend a specific day.
Vendors will display a sign identifying the name and location of their farm or business.
To increase attendance at First Fridays, live musical entertainment will be set up.
All vendors are responsible for cleaning up the site at the end of the evening.
Within the live music and common area, vendors are prohibited from engaging in partisan political activities or activities that include advocacy for or against a political party or candidate, proposed legislation, or an elected official during First Friday hours.
Vendors are prohibited from engaging in religious instruction or worship, or any form of religious proselytization with the live music and vendor common area during First Friday hours.
If one or more of these standards are not being followed by a vendor, the TIME organization reserves the right to dismiss any vendor. A warning will be issued for the first non-compliance, and any vendor not upholding these guidelines may be asked to leave without refund.
